Job Description
Hiring a Vice President of Operations for a high-growth, PE-backed healthcare MSO. This is for someone who’s proven themselves in a PE-backed PPM, MSO, or ASC and is hungry for more. You’ll report directly to the CEO and take charge of day-to-day operations while building the systems that make scale possible. You’re the one who sees the gaps, fixes them fast, and makes the machine run. You’ll own execution across people, process, and performance and be the CEO’s right hand. You'll drive performance across sites, coach clinic leaders, fix what’s broken, and standardize what works; build scalable processes that stick and roll them out across current and future sites; lead a lean ops team; integrate new acquisitions; build board-ready reporting; and develop review processes and incentive models that tie to outcomes.
