About the Role:
- Provide loss control services to clients within a defined region to reduce financial loss in workers' compensation programs.
- Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments and onsite safety surveys to identify operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed client interviews and evaluate existing controls for hazard mitigation.
- Develop customized safety programs and deliver training in accordance with client service agreements.
- Investigate significant losses and coordinate with claims management for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in safety and health with OSHA 510/511 certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel frequently domestically.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $80,038 - $85,685 per year with comprehensive benefits package.
