Role Overview:
- You will work with UPS Global H&S Center of Excellence to develop safety standards and reduce risk.
- The role is fully remote with travel to customer locations near major hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, governance, and advancement of UPS H&S Standards.
- Translate emerging risks and best practices into field applications.
- Manage talent development and build trusted relationships with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Requires 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Preferred certifications include CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, compliance, and communication are essential.
