Role Overview:
- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of HealthEquity’s enterprise security awareness and human risk management programs.
- Drive behavior-focused campaigns, phishing simulations, training modules, and executive communications that reduce risk and promote a strong security culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Security, GRC, Fraud, Privacy, Legal, HR, Marketing, and IT to integrate security awareness into onboarding, training, and daily operations.
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, incident reporting trends, and employee feedback, then use insights to refine strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of security awareness specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation in a regulated environment.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in security awareness, human risk management, GRC, IT compliance, or related fields.
- Strong communication and creative direction skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, behavior-focused content.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, and PCI/DSS.
