Senior Solana Developer / Tech Lead

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Solana Developer / Tech Lead to join a stealth-mode project focused on building a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX). You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance smart contracts on Solana using core Rust (not Anchor) and driving technical strategy around derivatives pricing, SDKs, and trading infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in a deeply technical and impactful product from its early stages. Your tasks include developing smart contracts on Solana using native Rust (no Anchor), implementing core logic for a new derivatives-focused DEX, and writing compute-efficient on-chain code for complex pricing models. You will also ensure robust unit and integration test coverage across all programs and contribute to and maintain Python, Typescript, and Rust SDKs, working closely with a small, highly autonomous team to ship production-grade code.
