Own operational excellence for the Databricks platform, including monitoring, alerting, observability, incident response, and production runbook patterns.
Define and maintain CI/CD and promotion standards for Databricks assets, including workflows, jobs, notebooks, and infrastructure configuration.
Design and maintain platform standards for job orchestration, compute policies, and production execution reliability.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in data platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or cloud data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Databricks or a related cloud data platform in production environments.
Strong understanding of observability, incident management, and reliability engineering.
