Capital Markets Associate

As a Capital Markets Associate at Splitero, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and success of our Capital Markets team by supporting daily operations, managing key partner relationships, and driving new business development. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Capital Markets, you’ll respond to partner questions, oversee due diligence efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a growth-based opportunity, ideal for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in investor relations, financial partnerships, and client management at a startup offering an innovative Home Equity Investment product. Support day-to-day Capital Markets operations, including responding to ad hoc questions from current and prospective partners. Manage all weekly and monthly reporting, delivering to our current partners accurately and in a timely manner. Identify and engage with prospective Capital Markets partners, and schedule introductory calls to start building relationships with new counterparties. Manage due diligence processes by working cross-functionally with internal teams to collect, organize, and submit required documentation. Represent the company at conferences and in-person meetings to support business development efforts. Collaborate with the VP of Capital Markets to track partner activity and pipeline progress.
