ABOUT THE ROLE:

• As a Solace Psychiatrist, you'll build strong relationships and facilitate an unparalleled advocacy experience for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare advocates to help patients achieve their health goals and foster exceptional outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Learn Solace systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations while providing clinical expertise.
• Conduct initial evaluations with patients who have behavioral health and advocacy needs.
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with advocates to holistically address social determinants of health.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Board certification in adult psychiatry.
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent organizational skills.
• Superior communication, empathy, technical savvy, and bias toward action.
