Technical Program Manager

Lingraphica is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that modernize and optimize our internal business systems. This role will be responsible for driving successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, medical billing (RCM), BI/reporting, and system integrations to support business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments—Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing—to align technology with business needs. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving data consistency and interoperability, and ensuring systems scale with the company’s growth. The TPM will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic business system programs across ERP, CRM, RCM, BI/reporting, and data analytics platforms. Implement governance standards for data, systems access, and change management across platforms.
