Key Responsibilities:

Develop and extend ATAK plugins for data synchronization in tactical environments.
Build Android-native integrations for reliable operation in disconnected, intermittent, low-bandwidth conditions.
Own end-to-end integration design between the platform and the TAK ecosystem.

What You'll Need:

Clearance eligible: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
5+ years of software engineering experience with deep strength in at least one area.
2+ years of Android development with Kotlin/Java and ATAK plugin experience.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with CRDTs or local-first software architectures.
Familiarity with tactical networking concepts like mesh or MANET.
Direct experience operating at the tactical edge with SOCOM or DoD.
