Job Description
The M&A Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets in the PropTech, fintech, and real estate services space across Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider SEA region. The analyst will develop detailed financial models (DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses) to assess the value and financial impact of potential deals. The analyst will also coordinate financial, operational, and legal due diligence processes, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors. They will assist in the preparation of investment proposals, board papers, and transaction documentation for management and investor review. Support integration planning and performance tracking of newly acquired entities to ensure value realisation. Monitor PropTech trends, competitive movements, and regulatory changes in Indonesia, the Philippines, and other key SEA markets.
