Program Manager, Legal & Compliance Learning & Development

The Program Manager, Legal & Compliance Learning & Development is a member of the Legal Operations team and will be responsible for managing the design and deployment of global compliance and learning & development training. This role will be responsible for program managing learning initiatives end-to-end, from needs analysis through design, launch, communication, tracking, and continuous improvement. In this role you’ll identify, analyze, and strategically align training needs with business goals and legal requirements by collaborating with Ethics & Compliance, People, Privacy, and other legal and business leaders. You will develop a training matrix and curriculum on a blended learning approach, design, update, evaluate and implement compliance and privacy training from new hire to advanced training programs through LMS platforms. You'lltrack completion rates communicate with stakeholders and provide updates to management and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
