Job Description
As a PRN QA Nurse Reviewer, you’ll be the clinical guardian who pairs deep nursing expertise with cutting-edge automation. You’ll review AI's output of OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, and plan-of-care documents, then turn those insights into product improvements and front-line education. Core responsibilities include auditing OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness, as well as providing feedback to improve the product. Our agencies run seven days a week, so we ask each reviewer to pitch in for weekend shifts to keep care plans moving smoothly.
