Job Description
Drive the platformization of our product suite and build scalable infrastructure services that empower all product teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy — ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can translate platform vision into modular, reusable components.
You will lead the development of core platform services that enable scalability and reusability across multiple P2P product lines (API, SDK, Widget, Hub, etc.). You will collaborate closely with engineers to design and deliver modular infrastructure components such as an API gateway and common authentication and identity layers. You will also own the chain and account abstraction layers, simplifying multi-chain operations and empowering internal teams to integrate new networks faster and more efficiently.
You will partner with other Product Managers to ensure platform components support product growth, performance, and interoperability. You will define and track platform metrics focused on performance, developer experience, and internal adoption. You also translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, bridging the gap between engineering and business needs.
You will conduct research on emerging infrastructure trends (modularity, service orchestration, cross-chain scalability) and feed insights into the platform roadmap. You will champion platform reliability, security, and observability, ensuring high availability and consistent developer experience.
