Job Description
Capture and analyze the client’s business requirements related to contact center operations. Translate business needs into functional requirements for GCCX (Genesys Cloud CX). Collaborate with technical teams to align designs with business outcomes. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change readiness activities. The role requires 5+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably with experience in telecom or contact center transformation and strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this position.
