Job Description
Participate in all stages of recruitment, including searching for specialists, conducting interviews, and organizing all subsequent steps. Manage contact databases and analyze CVs in order to find the candidates that best fit the IT roles. Engage in both remote (email, various messengers) and face-to-face communications with colleagues during meetings. Handle end-to-end recruitment processing for candidates based in India. Utilize various channels to attract candidates and conduct initial interviews with them.
