Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term / Engineering Focus)

We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to find, attract, engage, and hire top Product, Design & Data talent. As a full-cycle Recruiting generalist, you'll balance candidate and stakeholder relationships, track metrics, use creative sourcing, experiment with AI tools, and operate urgently in a startup environment. You will develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and source, screen, and close diverse candidates across our engineering department. Advocate for top candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback. You will also work with the Talent team on projects supporting team goals and drive operational improvements. You will also mentor and train team members.
