About the Role:
- The Senior Media Strategist owns the strategic direction of paid media programs for Location3's enterprise and multi-location clients.
- This role sets the why behind every media plan, from sizing markets to mapping media consumption habits.
- It combines high-level strategy with hands-on SEM campaign management, keeping the strategist credible and close to performance.
What You'll Do:
- Lead media strategy development, including TAM sizing, audience cohort profiles, and channel selection.
- Build client playbooks, testing frameworks like TELO, and budget allocation recommendations across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and video.
- Manage hands-on-keyboard SEM execution across Google and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on account architecture, bidding, and optimization.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7+ years of experience in media strategy and hands-on paid search management, ideally with enterprise or multi-location clients.
- Fluency in performance metrics like CPA/CPL, ROAS, and impression share, with a track record of driving strategic decisions from data.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex performance data into client-ready recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $105,000 to $120,000 base salary depending on experience, plus commission on new business.
- Full-time exempt role eligible for annual company bonus based on company performance.
