Activation Lead (Manager/Senior Manager)

Drive end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live and steady state. Define and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization. Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, configure and customize Commure solutions, design and build custom operational tools and dashboards using Retool. Create and maintain data pipelines, develop SQL queries, and design and deliver training programs. Establish KPIs to measure implementation success and build automated reporting solutions. Own and nurture C-level relationships, create and maintain implementation documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and mentor junior team members.
