About The Role:

  • As Technical Product Manager, you will be the Single Threaded Leader for Client Experience, owning the roadmap across three interlocking domains.
  • You will drive the transition to an autonomous, AI-driven onboarding and checkout experience, embedding a "You Build It, You Run It" culture.
  • You will use the RICE framework to prioritize and deliver bank-grade, resilient components.

Client Experience: What This Mandate Owns:

  • Developer Platform & API: Own the public API surface, gateway, versioning, SDKs, docs, and sandbox to optimize developer experience.
  • Client Identity, Data & Access: Manage the merchant account layer, including organizations, users, roles, SSO, permissions, and reporting.
  • Checkout & Client Experiences: Own every surface merchants and shoppers touch, from hosted checkout to embedded SDKs and the dashboard.

Skills You Need:

  • Deep technical foundation in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven platforms.
  • Proven experience building platform-as-a-product capabilities, especially developer-facing APIs or identity systems.
  • Execution mastery with a track record of driving delivery velocity and managing cross-domain dependencies.
