About The Role:
- You will own the end-to-end transaction rail (RAILS) across five domains: Connectivity, Payment Orchestration, Transaction Core, Money Operations, and Risk.
- You will drive agentic strategy, enforce stability, embed a "You Build It, You Run It" culture, and prioritize using the RICE framework.
- You will lead cross-functional pods and partner with Staff Engineers and the CTO Office.
