About The Role:

You will own the surfaces Hone patients return to week after week, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management.
You will partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to make managing long-term health between consults easy and engaging.

What You’ll Do:

Define and track engagement KPIs, perform research on patient app usage, and collaborate with teams to deepen habitual use.
Partner with the AI team on patient-facing AI experiences like entry points, suggested prompts, and custom widgets.
Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement.

About You:

You have 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on engagement and retention.
You possess an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep personal interest in health and longevity.
