Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be a key member of our lean but growing accounting team. You’ll take ownership of core accounting activities while helping us design and refine the systems, controls, and processes that will support our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business. You will manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will also process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billings and collections. In addition, you will review and process employee expense reports, maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies, and prepare schedules and documentation for annual financial audits.
