As a Lead Advisor for our Client Acquisition Wealth Management team, you will be focused entirely on bringing brand-new high-net-worth clients ($500K+) into Wealthsimple. Make no mistake about it, this is not a traditional Advisor role! Building networks and fostering deep relationships makes you tick. Evolving and modernizing traditional processes and systems excites you. You’re driven to land big wins, and support our growing client base across Canada to achieve financial freedom! In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Expand and run your pre-existing pipeline of external prospects and COIs, generating significant upside for you and Wealthsimple; Create human-first sourcing strategies to acquire and anchor new clients, with the potential to close $50M+ in new assets annually; Partner closely with our Wealth Management service advisors to transition new clients into long-term relationships, spotting opportunities to connect clients to the broader WS ecosystem (Active Trading, Margin, SDI); Evolve our systems, processes and culture in Wealth Management, creating an innovative, world-class client experience; Be the face of Wealthsimple at events, in your network, and in-market.
