Senior Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own zero to one features, scaling MVPs to enterprise grade, and lead cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and sales.
• Work across the backend stack on Node, GraphQL, and Prisma, and contribute to AI agent and MCP tool development for the AI-native platform.
• Ensure the product maintains high standards for security, privacy, reliability, performance, and quality through robust system design.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Skilled in architecting and sustaining complex, production-grade web applications with strong backend engineering skills and JavaScript/TypeScript command.
• Demonstrated ability to lead major initiatives or mentor teams, and experience collaborating with PMs and Designers on key product decisions.
• Strong-but-flexible opinions and an authentic, ego-less approach, thriving in an autonomous, communicative, and user-driven environment.

Work Environment & Compensation:

• Remote-first work from anywhere in the US with core collaboration hours, periodic in-person onsites, and a high-ownership, customer-driven culture.
• Base salary range of $180K–$225K USD per year with additional variable compensation eligibility and comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO and parental leave.
