Manager Region Health & Safety

Summary:

• Responsible for leading, executing and ensuring that Health & Safety and compliance objectives are met.
• Provide Health & Safety resources, tools, guidance, and support to enable branch resources and personnel.
• Reduce regulatory exposure.

What You'll Do:

• Reduce frequency and severity of incidents by supporting and conducting timely and thorough incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action identification and follow-up.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships that enable partnerships and the integration of EHS into other business functions (Operations, HR, Legal, Transportation) and drive a safety culture change.
• Conduct targeted branch assessments designed to instruct, enable, assist and verify branch alignment with Rexel USA requirements.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51%
• Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Constantly – at least 51%
• Travels to offsite locations - Frequently – 21% to 50%
