Unit-Level Safety Support & Risk Mitigation:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for unit-specific safety challenges.

- Analyze metrics to identify trends.
- Act as a Segment Point of Contact, influencing site leaders.
- Take ownership of safety performance and behaviors.
Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead HSE initiatives using the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle.
- Support the development and rollout of environmental compliance and sustainability programs.
- Mentor HSE Managers to strengthen regional technical competency.
