How You'll Make An Impact:
- Assist with month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, identifying opportunities to compress timelines.
- Perform flux/variance analysis and collaborate with FP&A to explain budget variances.
- Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to automate manual work and accelerate the close.
Let's Connect If You Have:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; active CPA/CA preferred.
- 4+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
