Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct, and review the work of other performance reporting professionals.
- Conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary action as needed.
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure team meets client obligations and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience in Performance Reporting; 1-3 years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
