Escrow Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Ensure escrow area functions are performed promptly and correctly by monitoring reports and vendor activities.
• Provide training to staff, oversee special projects, and prepare monthly comparison reports.
• Manage inbound/outbound transfer activity and data programming for escrow workstations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Passport, and processing mass transaction files.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.
