Client Implementation & Discovery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
• Lead the client discovery phase, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and solution design prior to implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years mortgage servicing or banking experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience with working knowledge of methodologies and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
