Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding of members into credit and verification programs by coordinating training sessions and establishing accounts.
- Serve as primary point of contact for credit technology (MeridianLink and LOLA), distributing critical updates to customers.
- Monitor service level agreements and collaborate with teams to address performance issues.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with loan origination processes and MeridianLink Credit interfaces.
- Proven client-facing ability and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to operate in agile environments.
