Responsibilities:

  • Prepare claim filings for all agencies on acquired or sold properties.
  • Complete monthly process control audits and provide results to management.
  • Assist with training for incoming and existing employees and maintain department job aids and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing or mortgage insurance claims.
  • Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes, guidelines, and LPS-MSP platform.
  • Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively.
