Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately with proper signatures, and the servicing system is noted with correct response codes.
• Assign correct foreclosure attorneys using the Attorney Referral matrix and review the daily DLQ 60 Report to qualify loans.
• Drive workflow to the offshore team for initial review, and identify loans with inaccurate stops to update them correctly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, with 1-2 years of pre-foreclosure or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of state pre-foreclosure document requirements and FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA & VA servicing default requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
