Responsibilities:
- Provide departmental leadership and manage the Client Relations staff to maximize outcomes.
- Oversee several client accounts to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met to clients' satisfaction.
- Coordinate training and implementation for new staff and participate in senior management discussions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 8+ years of client relations experience in mortgage servicing.
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience with strong industry and agency knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of LPS/MSP systems, negotiation, and Microsoft Office applications.
