Accountabilities:
- Create, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity by identifying inconsistencies, trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support client implementations, account maintenance activities, and ongoing operational support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, reporting, client support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations; Power BI experience is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $46,664–$72,250 per year.
