Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to strategically staff client projects with the right talent mix.
- Maintain resource management system accuracy and reconcile planned allocations against actuals.
- Monitor timesheet compliance and support accurate KPI reporting and billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
