Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with developing business cases and supporting user acceptance testing.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or HR Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Process Mapping.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $53,400-$64,000 per year.
