Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
  • Analyze current HR processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with developing business cases and supporting user acceptance testing.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or HR Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Process Mapping.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $53,400-$64,000 per year.
