Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HRIS and LMS administration, including backend configuration and system maintenance.
  • Perform system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and distribute reports and dashboards using Workday, Excel, and other tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; 1–3 years of HR systems experience required.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a customer service mindset.
