HR Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems, providing configuration support and resolving issues.
• Leads business line integrations and supports leadership on medium and high rigor system projects.
• Develops reporting from various systems, maintains existing reports, and creates dashboards using business intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or Project Management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a power user in HR systems (one or more modules) and experience designing content and managing integrated applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, report writing, and project management skills with advanced tools like Power BI and Python.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $64,700 - $107,900 annually, with eligibility for short-term incentive compensation.
