Data and Reporting Compliance Analyst

Overview:

• Support the development and delivery of reports and dashboards for Department programs.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for management.
• Ensure data integrity through validation and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Source, compile, and transform data from various sources.
• Maintain data dashboards and perform analysis to support monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT and business functions to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of data analysis and familiarity with banking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
