Account Coordinator US Sales – Account Executive

Role Overview:

• Support a high-impact client account within a fast-growing data center infrastructure environment.
• Act as a key financial partner, managing reporting, forecasting, billing, and contract activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reporting packages and conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers.
• Manage billing processes, support month-end close, and monitor account profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and operational success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 3-5+ years of experience in account coordination or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
