Your Priorities:
- Assist with monthly financial statement variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
- Contribute to the Company’s rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range projections.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field; 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Strong communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance partners.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total compensation of $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
- Benefits include generous PTO, medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, life insurance, 401k matching, and parental leave.
