Client Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall monthly project accounting, including taking notes from status meetings and making project updates.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems, verify signatures, and escalate discrepancies.
• Update project files for change orders, budget adjustments, and track financial milestones/tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Deadline-oriented with strong time management.
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated salary range $55,000 - $76,000 USD.
• Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
