Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounts, records, reports, accounts receivable and payable, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve accounting problems, prepare journal entries, code invoices/vouchers, reconcile balance sheets, and analyze variances.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records, perform cost analyses, and compile cost data for operating budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VLookups.
• High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to multi-task with clear communication skills.

Additional Information:

• RRD's salary range for this role is $59,700 to $90,700 per year, adjusted based on geographic location.
• Total compensation may include bonus, commission, or incentive programs, plus benefit offerings such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
