Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Review payroll reports against the GL and investigate discrepancies.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in compensation accounting or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
