Job Description
Manage all incoming sales enquiries. Convert these enquiries into invoiced business or hand the lead over to a member of the field-based sales team according to size and business scale. Administer all new sales enquiries coming into the sales inbox and assign to the relevant team member. Turn these sales queries around including the raising of quotations, sending new client registration forms and be part of the onboarding team.
Liaise with Europortal onboarding team to ensure training is arranged in a timely manner. Pass significant leads (revenue or business scale) onto the Business Development Sales team. Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with queries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the first month of transferring to the customer service team. Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from customers.
Input new client details into CRM and log new prospects, leads and opportunities. Communicate with new customers during the first month of operation, to ensure effective service. Following the first month, carry out a full handover of the customer into the daily customer service routines, to ensure the same level of service is maintained. Provide a high level of internal and external customer care. Have a good understanding of our core operating systems โ FGS, CRM, CLO, CLQ, Europortal, RelationWise and other applicable systems
