Technical Product Manager

Define, manage, and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with Summit’s business goals and product objectives, particularly within technology services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative products and solutions. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring progress and ensuring successful project outcomes. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining high quality and meeting deliverable deadlines. Establish and track project goals and performance indicators to ensure successful product and project outcomes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, key milestones, and any risks or issues. Use data and customer feedback to refine project execution and drive continuous improvement.
