As a Project Manager in the Launchpad Program, you will contribute mainly to active support and management of projects, building up and maintaining resources and knowledge, and sourcing and evaluating new projects. Responsibilities are shared on a per project basis, while each team member has a set of certain focus areas they specialize in.
