Recharge

The Subscriptions team at Recharge is responsible for several services core to our business, including Order Generation & Syncing, Discounts, Shipping, and Taxes. Manage a first-class engineering team that will scale as the company and business grows, identifying and filling any team gaps. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Staff & Principal Engineers in the Core Commerce organization to drive Engineering Initiatives.

Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of Recharge’s largest and most complex merchants, acting as an extension of their teams to help them achieve subscription-led growth. Own and lead renewal strategy by consistently demonstrating platform ROI and aligning outcomes to merchants’ business goals. Advise merchants on strategic use of both new and existing features.
